Suitability for membership is assessed based on completion of the below declarations. This is part of our commitment to high professional standards.
- I/We hereby declare that I have been duly authorized by the organization represented by me to agree and sign this consent form.
- I/We hereby declare that information furnished by me herein is true and correct and hereby authorize Vibgyor Marvels to use the same for business purposes including permission to use the name/logo of my/our organization as its member.
- I/We understand that no initial membership fees would be charged by Vibgyor Marvels on joining as a member. Subsequently, I/we agree that services, if any, availed by our organization shall be on chargeable basis separately and independently on mutually agreed terms and conditions.
- I/We agree that all and any disputes arising with respect to this Consent Form shall be subject to adjudication solely by the courts al Delhi, India.
